A bounded review to establish priorities, identify the important unknowns and recommend a sensible next step.
We examine the work you need to improve, the information available, decision ownership and the capacity your team can give a change. Bring real examples and the people who understand them.
You receive a concise assessment of priorities, readiness gaps and recommended next steps. A one-day review cannot replace detailed requirements work, a financial audit or a full implementation plan.

GAP Analysis
Three days on site, plus write-up · £5,000 + VAT
Look closely at how the business works today and what needs to change to support the outcomes you want.
Work with your team on real processes, handovers, information and exceptions. Examine where standard capabilities may fit and where configuration, a process change, an integration or further investigation is needed.
The write-up sets out the gaps, priorities, dependencies and decisions that matter. Scope, access, on-site arrangements and the write-up timetable are agreed before the engagement.
